From the construction of the pyramids to the development of artificial intelligence, projects large and small span the globe and shape the story of human history. The post-graduate certificate in Project Management provides future professionals with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on learning to manage projects across a wide variety of organizations, environments, and cultures. Recognizing the complexity of modern projects, the Project Management program grounds you in the best practices and principles to successfully realize project objectives through the development of skills and knowledge to expertly initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
At the end of the year, you will complete a capstone project, which gives you the opportunity to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the skills you have developed. In addition, you’ll have access to the college’s Business Analytics Centre for use with industry-based clients.
