Payments can be made with cash or by debit card, cheque, money order, through Western Union, via online banking through most Canadian banks, or through TransferMate. Canadian applicants
If you need to cancel your seat in a Holland College program, you must to notify us by contacting admissions@hollandcollege.com.
If you cancel your seat before the program begins, you will be eligible for a partial refund of your confirmation fee as follows:
The confirmation fee for international students is non-refundable; however, International students registered in a program with a blended delivery model who are unable to obtain a study permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and who have canceled their admission prior to the program start date will have their confirmation fee refunded if they provide Holland College with a copy of the letter of refusal from CIC. The letter of refusal from CIC must be received by the college within 60 days of the issued date of the letter.

Partial tuition fee refunds will vary depending upon the reason for the request, and the timing of the request.

All students living in residence have signed the accommodations agreement, which states that they are obligated to pay for residence from September until their program end date. All refunds will be approved by the chief financial officer of the college or a delegated authority.
Our refund policy is as follows:
BEFORE OCT 31: If you leave residence before Oct 31, you will be required to pay for the first semester in full, but you will be eligible for a refund of 50% for the second semester. The only exception is if we can re-rent your room, in which case you would receive a refund for the remaining months. If you do not owe any money to the college and you do not have any damage in your room, your security deposit will be returned.
AFTER OCT 31: If you leave residence after Oct 31, you will be required to pay for the full year and you will not be eligible for any refund. If you do not owe any money to the college and you do not have any damage in your room, your security deposit will be returned. Again, the only exception to this is if we can re-rent your room, in which case, you would receive a refund for the remaining months.
