Taking the Pastry Arts program has given me the opportunity to learn new skills and push the limits of my creativity. The chefs are incredibly knowledgeable, and it is so much fun to learn from them and work with them! I have never worked in the food and hospitality industry before, but I feel that I have gained the skills I need to step into a job at any bakery and succeed. I would recommend the program to anyone considering it.
