Description
Comprehensive overview of medical terminology, abbreviations, and symbols common to most allied health personnel. A foundation for recognizing and understanding medical language used throughout the health care community is also included.

This course will be delivered on-line in an asynchronous format (no scheduled class times). There will be no face to face classes. Classes will be recorded and posted to the Holland College Learning Management System for students to view in their own time. Instructors will have posted office hours for support.
