About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Landscape Foreman who can lead our installation crews like a pro. You know your plants, your pavers, and your people. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, keep projects on track, and make sure every job looks and performs like a masterpiece.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret landscape plans, turning paper into real-world beauty
• Coordinate daily tasks, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment—because safety comes first
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Qualifications

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of landscaping or construction experience (1+ years in a supervisory role)
• Knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation techniques
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills Landscape Certification or Red Seal Apprenticeship is a bonus
• Valid driver’s license
