Job Description

1. Assist in the development design, and maintenance of network systems.
2. Work closely with other IT professionals to support the implementation of network services.
3. Contribute to network design, implementation and backup both on premises and in the cloud.
4. Provide technical support by assisting end-users and troubleshooting computer system issues.
5. Help define and document system standards and best practices.
6. Monitor and assist in patching endpoint devices, network equipment and servers.
7. Support the administration of systems like office 365.
8. Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
9. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration or a related field. 
2. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with operating systems such as windows and Linux
4. Knowledge of networking concepts DNS, VPN etc
5. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
6. Basic experience with MS Office 365 and Active Directory
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication skills to interact with end users and provide clear support.
9. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
