About the Role As a Guest Services Agent, you are the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for our guests. From the moment they book to the moment they depart, you help create a seamless, positive experience. Working out of The Gables Amenity Center, you’ll handle reservations, answer questions, solve problems, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure every guest feels taken care of. |

What You’ll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, both in person and remotely Send check-in information to upcoming reservations to ensure a smooth and positive first impression Create a warm, welcoming environment throughout each guest’s stay Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails before, during, and after guest visits Make, update, and manage reservations in the booking system Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities; comfort with giving directions is an asset Maintain strong knowledge of all accommodation types and offer upgrades when appropriate Process guest folios, collect payments, and issue invoices as required Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and solution-focused customer service Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including special requests, allergies, or important occasions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas meet standards Share important safety and security information with guests and communicate with after-hours security when needed Monitor guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to feedback Maintain professionalism while following all property policies and procedures Adhere to PEI Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Island Coastal’s Safety Management System Ensure the Amenity Center is clean, organized, and fully stocked Complete in-house laundry when required Assist with other duties as needed |

What We’re Looking For Basic computer knowledge Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation (***no bus route available in Stanley Bridge area***) Valid driver’s license (is a must) Criminal record check required Previous experience is an asset, but training will be provided Availability for some evenings and weekends The position is expected to begin in early to mid-May What We Provide Uniform supplied by the employer A supportive team environment Training and hands-on experience in guest services If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values great guest experiences, this role might be a perfect fit. |
