Room and meals are provided as part of compensation. Work schedule is typically 12 days on, 4 days off. Season starts in early May and goes through October. We are a remote resort on a small private island, situated on Lake of the Woods. For those who love the outdoors, there are opportunities to get out and explore, including foraging trips for ingredients.
