Are you preparing to begin your studies at Holland College this fall? Registering for your courses is one of the most important steps you need to take before classes begin. It confirms your place in your program and gives you access to the tools you need to get started.
Registering for your courses sets you up as a student and activates your student account.
Approximately 2 hours after you register, you will receive an email from our Integrated Technology Services team (ITS) with your student account information. You will gain access to your Holland College email, your Student SAM account, and other important systems that will support you throughout the academic year.
You will also be able to view your schedule, receive updates, and access the resources you need to prepare for the start of classes.
Before you can get started, you must have all your required documents uploaded to your dashboard account. This will complete your file and allows you to register.
Note: for international students, this includes your study permit approval and proof of English proficiency.
Once your file is complete, you will register using our Self-Service platform
If your documents have not all been submitted, your program may not appear in Self-Service, and you will not be able to register yet. If you are still waiting on documents, you can upload proof that they are in progress.
Don’t worry! You still have time and your seat in the program will be held. Focus on completing your requirements so you are ready before classes begin.
Visit our course registration page to find step-by-step guides and helpful resources to support you through the registration process.
You can still register for your courses even if you have not paid your tuition yet. Tuition is due by your first day of classes, giving you time to plan your finances while still securing your place.
If you have questions or need support, you can contact the recruitment team by email. You are also encouraged to check the Colleges website and monitor your email for important updates as you prepare for the start of your program.
