It was a dramatic race on Tuesday night at Watkins Glen International as Corbin MacAulay drove his number 17 Hurricanes eMotorsports Ford Mustang to victory lane for the first time.
Having started sixth, MacAulay used pit strategy and kept his car clean through the final half of the race to earn the win.
MacAulay jumps from 13th in the standings to sixth with the win, punching his ticket to the playoffs, plus earning five playoff points.
Rounding out the top five on Tuesday night was Jason MacQuarrie, Mike Marini, Chad Hyder and Kevin Daigle.
So far this season, Chevrolet has earned wins in seven races, while Ford has produced the winners in the other six; Toyota continues to search for their first win of the season.
All race winners secure a position in the 16-driver post-season beginning September 15 at the Darlington Raceway.
The eight race winners so far in 2020 include Darcy Ford, Jose Mercado, Ryan Gibson, Scott Bailey, Shane Cannon, Waylon Brown, Jacob Nelson and Corbin MacAulay; Brown has elected to withdraw from the series.
Dalton Simpson currently sits in the final playoff spot with a four-point cushion.
The 14th race of the season takes place on Tuesday, August 25, at the Monster-Mile of Dover International Speedway for the Fix Auto 200.

Kevin Fenech began the race on the pole position but was quickly overtaken on the first lap by Jose Mercado with the majority of the field wrecking exiting turn one from the fifth position back.
A scheduled caution on lap nine allowed the field to reset with pit stops before resuming the race for another nine laps of green flag racing.
Ryan Gibson would take over the lead during the second stage of the race while Mercado and MacAulay were both sent back in the pack when they had issues navigating the track surrounded by heavy traffic. Eventually, Chad Hyder would navigate his number 21 Ford Mustang to the front of the field as we set up the final green flag run of 24 laps.
Through some pit strategy, Corbin MacAulay would restart the race at the front of the field and would not look back as he survived the chaos to earn the win.
Here are the final results from the Source for Sports 110 at The Glen at Watkins Glen International.
