The Canadian eMotorsports Network NASCAR Series is down to its final three races of the regular season as they travel to the Dover International Speedway on Tuesday for the Fix Auto 200.
Obviously, the focus is on which 16-drivers will qualify for the post-season, with seven drivers locked in for earning wins already this season. The remaining nine positions are up for grabs, awarded to the top point earners from the regular season.
Dalton Simpson currently holds a four-point cushion in the sixteenth position in the standings over Lee Campbell; currently, 45-points separate the drivers in thirteenth through nineteenth positions.
Those who are winless this season will be looking to secure a victory and lock themselves into the playoffs, joining Darcy Ford, Ryan Gibson, Jose Mercado, Shane Cannon, Scott Bailey, Jacob Nelson and Corbin MacAulay.
Following Dover, the remaining two regular season races include the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and Daytona International Speedway.
Tuesday’s race is also the third race of the 2020 Fix Auto Cup competition; Darcy Ford leads the competition standings, winning the first two, of six, Fix Auto-sponsored races this season.
