Description
The PEI Real Estate Association Pre-Licensing course is mandatory for anyone interested in obtaining a real estate license in Prince Edward Island. The PEIREA Pre-Licensing course curriculum is designed to prepare individuals to enter the real estate profession with an acceptable level of technical working knowledge, competence, and skills. The program utilizes an integrated learning design that incorporates mandatory on campus classes, self-study and online resources. There is considerable reading, as well as homework, during the course.

3.       Professional Conduct
4.       Agency Relationship
5.       Condominiums
6.       Listing Agreements
7.       Purchase & Sale Agreements
8.       Appraisal Theory & Practical
9.       Real Estate Math & Mortgages
10.   Land Regulations, Construction & Environmental

Credit Related Information
Student must have the pre-requisite Real Estate Career Preparation course completed prior to registration for the Pre-Licensing course.

Course Cost: $3,500 +HST
Duration: 10 weeks (75 hours)

Starts January 16, 2024. Registration will open October 18, 2023. Completion of the pre-requisite online preparation course is required.

Prince of Wales Campus, 140 Weymouth Street, Charlottetown

The cost of the course is $3,500 plus HST. Payment must be made to Holland College at the time of registration. Please ensure that your transaction levels are sufficient for the full payment. 

Please note that registration is done on a first come, first served basis. When all the class seats have been filled online registration will be closed. Space is limited.  Note: Having your preparation course completed does not guarantee you a seat in the next pre-licensing class.
