Holland College | Weekday Dining Returns to The Culinary Institute of Canada

The Marché features a rotating selection of daily specials, plus a salad bar and freshly prepared desserts.

Our students are back in the kitchens and ready to welcome you for another season of memorable meals.

Starting October 8th, guests can enjoy casual dining and a weekly lunch buffet in The Dining Room or stop by The Marché on our lower level to select from our daily lunch specials.

Our Grab and Go market is stocked with culinary creations prepared by our students, and our popular Bread Shop will reopen Tuesday, Oct. 13th, with fresh artisan breads and rolls available Tuesday–Friday each week from noon until sold out.

Culinary & Pastry Arts students restock the Grab & Go daily with a fresh selection of products crafted in our kitchen classrooms.

The Culinary Institute of Canada is located within the College’s Tourism & Culinary Centre, where students in Culinary & Pastry Arts serve upwards of 400 customers each day.
