The Culinary Institute of Canada provides first-class industry-based training in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and International Hospitality Management. Our programs are developed in consultation with industry experts and we teach them to meet international standards. While you’re here, you’ll get hands-on experience in the kitchens of our dining room, an exclusive operational restaurant that seats 80 people, and in the marché servery, which offers services and banquet facilities for up to 400 people.
You will learn your skills in our state-of-the-art facilities, and then you will get a chance to hone them during an internship.
