Would you like to work in a bakery in the Magdalen Islands? Looking for a new challenge? Grandma's bakery is looking for its new baker. Who we are: Grandma’s bakery aims to introduce both locals and tourists alike to baked goods, pastries and other traditional products from the traditions of the English-speaking community of the Magdalen Islands. The bakery works in conjunction with CAMI, whose mission is to preserve, collect and share the identity, culture and heritage of the English-speaking community of the Magdalen Islands. The challenge: You have full responsibility of the bakery You are in charge of day-to-day production You are responsible for the smooth running of the bakery (orders, inventory, relations with CAMI) You are responsible for food production associated with the bakery (canned and ready-to-eat products).

DEP/AEC or certificate in baking (or equivalent training) Training in hygiene and sanitation from MAPAQ (an asset) 2 years' work experience with the ability to manage independently Proficiency in spoken English recommended Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
