The Recruitment and First Year Advising Department offers a variety of services to support students throughout their post-secondary journey.
Michael Dimitroff, manager of the department, says services remain available throughout the transition back into full-time in-person learning. He encourages students to reach out if they need assistance with anything from course registration to getting involved with the Holland College community.
“Each staff member is familiar with what’s new and going on with the students, so we can advise them on who or where to go to next. Whether it be mental health support, study tactics, course selection, and so on. If we don’t know the answers to your questions, we can help guide you to the correct department."
