Lost or stolen cards

Lost or stolen Holl Pass should be deactivated immediately. You are responsible for all transactions made prior to the card being deactivated.

You can deactivate your Holl Pass one of three ways:

  1. Online (anytime) by logging on to your account at the top right-hand corner of the page
  2. By phone (during office hours)
  3. In person (during office hours)

If your Holl Pass is lost:

  1. Deactivate your card
    This protects any funds in your accounts.
  2. Try to locate your Holl Pass
    In many cases, lost cards are simply misplaced. If you find your Holl Pass after you have deactivated it, you must go to the Holl Pass office to reactivate it.
  3. Get a new Holl Pass
    Go to InfoService during regular office hours to get a new card. The funds left on your old Holl Pass will automatically be transferred to your new one. At least one piece of government-issued photo identification is required in order to get a replacement card. A $20 fee (tax included) applies for all replacement cards.

If your Holl Pass is stolen:

  1. Deactivate your card
    This protects any funds in your accounts.
  2. Report the theft to Holl Pass office (if stolen on campus) Report your stolen Holl Pass to Holl Pass office so the theft can be investigated.

  3. Get a new Holl Pass
    Once you've deactivated your card and reported the theft, go to Holl Pass office during regular office hours to get a new card. The funds left on your old Holl Pass will automatically be transferred to your new one. At least one piece of government-issued photo identification is required in order to get a replacement card. A $20 fee (tax included) applies for all replacement cards.

Note:
Once a replacement Holl Pass is issued, any previously issued Holl Pass will become inactive. Inactive cards should be destroyed if you find them.
