September 25, 2017

The Holland Hurricanes men’s and women’s soccer teams continued their home stand this weekend when they hosted the STU Tommies and UNBSJ Seawolves at the Terry Fox Sports Complex in Cornwall.

On Saturday versus the Tommies the women’s Hurricanes took the lead early in the second half and held on for the 2-1 win while the men held onto an early lead to pick up the 4-2 win.

Sunday’s action saw the Hurricanes women tie the game in the final minutes versus the UNBSJ Seawolves to finish in a 1-1 draw while the men surrendered just one goal in a 3-1 victory.
