As a first-time student, you need to complete your course registration before you can apply for your Holl Pass. After completing your course registration, our ITS team will activate your Holland College student user account, so that you can access campus services like webmail, and SAM and our college networks/applications. A student user id is required to access our Student Account Management (SAM) system where you can request your Holl Pass.
IMPORTANT: Although you will have the ability to immediately log into our networks using your Holland College username and password, it will take 6 to 24 hours before you can log into your SAM account.
Visit our ITS page or information on how to access your Holland College network accounts.
You can request a new or replacement Holl Pass online through SAM
When your Holl Pass is ready, we will send an email to your Holland College email address providing information on how and where you can pick up your card.
You can also receive your Holl Pass by mail for a small fee.

If your Holl Pass card is no longer in your possession, deactivate it immediately to protect your funds. This can be done online on the Holl Pass site, by phone, or in person during Holl Pass office hours. There is a replacement fee of $20 for all lost or damaged Holl Passes.
