Additional documents like certificates, portfolios or medical waivers may be required, depending on your program. If you attended a previous post-secondary institution, submit both your Post-secondary transcript and your high school transcript to strengthen your application.

Our largest number of acceptance offers is sent in March each year. However, we continue to accept students until the program start date as seats become available. Please monitor your Dashboard for updates.
All acceptance offers are indicated on My Dashboard and communicated to the email address you provide during account set up.
You must pay a tuition deposit to confirm your acceptance offer. You will have 3 weeks to confirm your acceptance. Confirmation fees act as a deposit toward your tuition.
If you do not confirm your offer of acceptance within 3 weeks, your seat will be offered to the next qualified applicant. Note: Holland College does not defer applications or acceptance from one intake to another.
Students who are waitlisted should monitor their dashboard for updates. Program availability changes frequently from spring through the summer, and we will continue to issue acceptances up until our program start date.

October 15 - Application Review begins: Apply now for early consideration. If you're in grade 12, submit your most recent transcript for conditional acceptance.

February - Winter Open House: Join us on campus and explore your preferred program.
February 28 - Application Review Date: Apply and upload your supporting documents to be considered in our first round of acceptances. After this date, applicants will be considered based on seat availablity.

March 31 - Entrance Awards deadline: Apply for scholarships and awards. We have over $650,000 available annually, and applying is easy using our online awards platform.
April 30 - Course registration opens: Accepted students complete course registration to obtain a student user account and email, access student networks and services, log into SAM, or apply for a HollPass (student ID).
Prepare for the fall by finalizing the details about your living arrangements and how you plan to pay for your program.
Upload any remaining documents to your dashboard and complete your course registration (if you haven't already).
