The Culinary Institute of Canada is widely regarded as Canada’s premier culinary school. Students from around the world learn their craft using fresh local ingredients from the Island’s farms and fisheries.
At The Culinary Institute of Canada, we provide first-class industry-based training in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and International Hospitality Management programs. Our staff and students have gained national and international acclaim for their achievements; most recently by earning two gold medals and a 4th overall placement at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.
The CIC is located in Holland College’s Tourism and Culinary Centre on the beautiful Charlottetown waterfront. Our campus recently completed a $7.5 million expansion and renovation, ensuring that students have an excellent educational experience.
