Holland College awards Certificates in Adult Education

Charlottetown, PE - Fourteen students graduated from Holland College's Certificate in Adult Education (CAE) program in a ceremony held in the college's Tourism and Culinary Centre recently, qualifying them for employment in community colleges and high school technology education programs.
Holland College and the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) offer Certificate in Adult Education (CAE) and Bachelor in Education degree in Human Resource Development, B.Ed (HRD) programs jointly. B.Ed (HRD) degrees were conferred in UPEI's spring convocation.
Josh Silver, Heritage Retrofit Carpentry instructor for the college was student speaker at the CAE graduation. Dr. Fiona Walton, a professor in UPEI's Faculty of Education was the guest speaker.
