    Author/Editor.  Title.  Date.  Institution/organization associated with the site (if applicable).  Day month year accessed <electronic address/URL>
Example

Electronic Documents with a Print Equivalent*
    Author/editor. Title.  Edition (if given).  Publication information of any print version of the source. Information supplier.  Day month year accessed <electronic address/URL>.
Example
    Industry Canada.  Shopping on the Internet.  Ottawa:  Industry Canada, 1999.  Strategis.  20 March 2002 <http://dsp-psd.communication.gc.ca/Collection/C2-418-1999E.pdf>.


Electronic Journal Articles
    Author.  "Title of article ." Title of Journal volume.issue (date) : *paging/paragraphs. Day month year accessed <electronic address/URL>.
* If pagination is given use the abbreviation pp. (e.g., 14 pp.)
*If number of paragraphs is given use the abbreviation pars. (e.g., 23 pars.)
* If there is no pagination use the abbreviation n. pag. (see example below)
