User Account Policies

Staff accounts are active upon the designated “Start Date” defined in the employment contract. Details on accessing the College network will be provided during staff orientation.

Student accounts are active within 1 Business Day (full 24 hours) of successful registration. They will remain active until 90 days after the date of exit (as defined during the exit/graduation process).
