WE'RE CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!

Prince Edward Island and the New England states have a lot in common. We're both in the east coast of North America, our climates are very similar, as are our cultures, given our common heritage. Geographically and culturally, we're closer than you think!

"I was very impressed with the modern kitchens, hands-on training and knowledgeable staff, the curriculum, and the friendly, supportive atmosphere of The Culinary Institute of Canada. Exploring beautiful PEI was an additional bonus. After seeing all that I did, I am encouraging my students to check out The Culinary Institute of Canada as another great option as they figure out what is best for them after they leave our program." - Chef Matt Williams, Chef and Lead Instructor at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational and Technical High School in Upton, Massachusetts, and author of the Sweet Potatoes Cooking School's Wicked Good Food cookbook
