Groupwise Web Access

Select your Groupwise mail server:

Please note as of Nov 19 2010, Tourism and Culinary webacces has been shutdown. TCC users can now use the Charlottetown and East link.

If for some reason, you cannot login to your "default" GroupWise WebAccess, you can use another center's GroupWise WebAccess. (For example, if Charlottetown and East's GroupWise WebAccess is down, you could use the Summerside and West's). With that said, PLEASE stick to your "default" WebAccess when you can for speed, stability and load balancing reasons. Thank you.

Web Access FAQ:

1. I'm unable to see mail messages but can see the folders and top toolbar.
This may occur with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer version 7 (IE7):

You will have to reset your browser's default setting as described below: Tools menu/button --> Internet Options --> Advanced Tab--> Choose the "Reset..." button --> OK .

When finished, restart IE. (**NOTE** this will disable all 3rd party add-ins, clear cache history etc and reset everything back to factory defaults. This will not affect favorites.)

After reseting IE back to defaults you may also want to enable SSL 2.0 Tools menu/button --> Internet Options --> Advanced Tab--> Scroll down to the Security section --> Check "Use SSL 2.0" --> OK .

2. I'm getting session timeout errors / I have to login multiple times before the 20 minute automatic timeout.

This is probably due to a browser/cookie issue. Make sure your browser is accepting cookies for the site. Also try clearing the cookies and clearing the cache/temp files (if you need help with this please contact Computer Services).

Also make sure you are not navigating the site using the forward and back buttons.
