Living in residence is a great way to get the most out of college life. Our apartment-style residences are located on the college’s Prince of Wales Campus. The residences have one, two, and three bedroom furnished units, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom.

You can only be accepted for a room in a residence after you have been accepted into a college program by the Admissions Office; but it’s best to apply for a room when you submit your program application. You are encouraged to find your own roommates, but if you cannot, you will be matched as closely as possible based on the profiles (age, gender, program of study, hobbies, etc.) each applicant submits.

Our residences feature:

  • common areas on all floors
  • cable TV, Wi-Fi and phone service available (if you require long distance service you will need to obtain a calling card)
  • coin-operated laundry facilities
  • security
  • 24-hour staffing
  • mailboxes

Residence fees include all furniture, appliances, heat, electricity, cable TV, Wi-Fi, local telephone service, and parking. The building is smoke-free. A $300 damage deposit is due and payable at registration. Cleaning supplies are available on each floor or at the front desk

You will need to bring your own toiletries, linens, dishes, and kitchen utensils, all of which can be purchased at Samuel’s Campus Store on the Prince of Wales Campus at competitive prices.

For further details about our residences, please contact the Accommodations Manager at (902) 367-7701.
