Living in residence is a great way to get the most out of college life. Glendenning Hall is a 186-bed apartment-style residence located on the college’s Prince of Wales Campus. The residence is made up of one, two, and three bedroom furnished units, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
You can only be accepted for Glendenning Hall after you have been accepted into a college program by the Admissions Office; but it’s best to apply for a room when you submit your program application. You are encouraged to find your own roommates, but if you cannot, you will be matched as closely as possible based on the profiles (age, gender, program of study, hobbies, etc.) each applicant submits.
Glendenning Hall features:

- cable TV, Wi-Fi and phone service available
- coin-operated laundry facilities
- 24-hour staffing
Apartment fees include all furniture, appliances, heat, electricity, cable TV, Wi-Fi, local telephone service, and parking. The building is smoke-free. A $250 damage deposit is due and payable at registration.
Students are responsible for their own toiletries, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Cleaning supplies will be available on each floor or at the front desk. Students who will require long distance service will need to obtain a calling card.
