Show & Ticket Policies

We do not issue ticket refunds at the box office. Please check your tickets carefully when you purchase them to ensure they are for the correct performance date and time. Should you not be able to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, you will be required to contact Ticketpro directly for refunds.

Tickets can be exchanged for another date of the same production up to 48 hours prior to the original ticket date. A $3 per ticket exchange fee will apply. This service is not available online. The Florence Simmons Performance Hall box office must be contacted directly at (902) 894-6885 in order to exchange tickets.

Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance, at which time seating will be at the discretion of Management. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund purchase price.

Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance. Children must be seated where they can be properly supervised by a parent or guardian.

The use of photography or recording devices, including cell phones, before, during and after a performance without previous permission from theatre management is strictly prohibited.

We remind you to please turn off all cell phones during the performance. Texting during a performance is forbidden.

In consideration of patrons who may suffer from chemical sensitivities or allergies, please refrain from wearing strong perfume, cologne or aftershave.
