Lucy Maud Dining Room

  • Dinner - 5:30pm -8:30pm
    Tuesday to Saturday

Please Note: The Lucy Maud Dining Room will be closed from May 17th- June 10th , 2013 (reopening on June 11th) for the graduation activities of our culinary students.

Winter Hours:
(Mid-October to Mid-May)

  • Lunch - 11:30am - 1:00pm
    Tuesday to Friday
  • Dinner - 6:00pm - 8:00pm
    Tuesday to Saturday

The Lucy Maud Dining Room is the training restaurant for The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our students, under the guidance of world class chef instructors, prepare extraordinary culinary creations using the very best the fields and waters of PEI have to offer.

Reservations by email or by calling (902) 894-6868 are recommended.
