The Lucy Maud Dining Room overlooks the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour. The Lucy Maud is the perfect place to enjoy lunch with friends on a sunny summer's day or an intimate supper on a frosty winter's evening. Operated by The Culinary Institute of Canada, all the meals are prepared and served by culinary and hospitality students, who are supervised by the institute's excellent chef instructors and staff. The facility is open throughout the year, and offers a most unique dining experience.

• Dinner - 6:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday to Saturday (Year-round except closed the last week of July and the first week of August)
