Please note: The Lucy Maud Dining Room will be closed June 3rd - June 12th for kitchen modifications and July 29th -August 6th (re-opening August 7th) for summer vacation.
Winter Hours:
(Mid-October to Mid-April)

The Lucy Maud Dining Room is the training restaurant for The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our students, under the guidance of world class chef instructors, prepare extraordinary culinary creations using the very best the fields and waters of PEI have to offer.
