Please Note: The Lucy Maud Dining Room will be closed from July 28th – August 5th, 2013 (reopening on August 6th) for The Culinary Institute of Canada’s annual summer vacation.

Winter Hours:
(Mid-October to Mid-May)

  • Lunch - 11:30am - 1:00pm
    Tuesday to Friday
  • Dinner - 6:00pm - 8:00pm
    Tuesday to Saturday

The Lucy Maud Dining Room is the training restaurant for The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our students, under the guidance of world class chef instructors, prepare extraordinary culinary creations using the very best the fields and waters of PEI have to offer.
