The Culinary Institute of Canada (CIC) is widely regarded as Canada’s premier culinary school. Students from around the world enjoy the incredible access to fresh local ingredients from the Island’s farms and fisheries.
We provide first-class industry-based training in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and International Hospitality Management programs. Our staff and students have gained national and international acclaim for their achievements; most recently by earning two gold medals and a 4th overall placement at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.
The CIC is located in the Tourism and Culinary Centre (TCC) on the beautiful Charlottetown waterfront. Our campus recently completed a $7.5 million expansion and renovation, ensuring that students will have an excellent educational experience.
