The Lucy Maud Dining Room is situated overlooking the beautiful Charlottetown Harbour. Operated by the Culinary Institute of Canada, all meals are prepared and served by students of The Culinary Institute of Canada, and Tourism and Hospitality students and staff. The facility is open throughout the year, offering unique dining experiences.
The Culinary Institute of Canada is regarded by many as the premier culinary school in Canada. In my mind, the reasons for this have been demonstrated in the many meetings and functions I have attended or coordinated at the facility.
They serve perhaps the best presented and tasting food in the province, whether it is a reception, luncheon or full course dinner. The event space is well lit, comfortable and affords wonderful views of the Charlottetown Harbour.
