Charlottetown, PE – The Professional Golf Management class at Holland College will host the 13th Annual Atlantic Golf Symposium Wednesday, March 27 and Thursday, March 28 at the Tourism and Culinary Center in Charlottetown.
This year’s guest speakers include keynote speaker Bob Weeks, editor of SCORE Golf magazine; Matt Adams, host of Fairways of Life, a popular radio talk show; Laird White, Canadian sales rep for Trackman Technology; Billy Condon, Golf Trip Genius; Jeff Calderwood, CEO of the National Golf Course Owners Association; and Kent Hudson, owner of Hudson Group Marketing.
The symposium, which is organized by Holland College’s professional golf management students, is a popular event with industry insiders. Paul Murnaghan, coordinator of the golf programs at Holland College, said the symposium will give local members of the golf industry an opportunity to network and discuss upcoming trends.
“The symposium, which has gained popularity in the 12 years since its inception, promises to be one of the best to date. This year’s speakers will be discussing the state of the industry and providing their insights,” he said.
The registration fee for the symposium, which includes dinner on Wednesday, a buffet lunch on Thursday and nutritional breaks, is $140. There will also be a mixer on the Wednesday evening.
