For those of you looking for an exclusive photography experience on Prince Edward Island, this one-day boot camp provides both one on one interpretive time with the instructor reviewing the basics of photography as well as visiting some of the most scenic areas of Prince Edward Island. While all types of cameras will work for this day course, it is targeted to intermediate point and shoots cameras and digital SLRs for their flexibility. Interpretive time with your instructor covers composition, camera modes, exposure and assignments for the day. This photography boot camp goes rain or shine; however, severe weather conditions may cause a cancelation.

• Admission to the Prince Edward Island National Park
• A brief stop for lunch along the North Shore (Cost of lunch is not included in price of boot camp)

What to Expect:

• One day (8 hours) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• 60-90 minutes of classroom time
• Transportation is included that will take you to a number of amazing shooting locations for an hour shooting in the field before lunch. The group will break for lunch (not included) and then carry on for the rest of the day.

Things to bring:

• Digital Camera (intermediate point and shoot or SLR)
• Be prepared with an umbrella, rain coat, and dress in layers and remember to bring a lint-free cloth to keep things dry.
• Camera manual
• Batteries and/or battery charger (important, it's a long day of shooting!)
• Notepad
