You’ve applied…now what happens?
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with a user name and password for our student information system, Webadvisor. Use that password to log in and check the status of your application.
An admission officer will score your application to see how closely it meets the requirements for the program. Requirements vary from program to program, so make sure you review them carefully when you are preparing your application. Check Webavisor regularly, if you are missing documentation, it will be noted there.
When you are accepted, you will be asked to forward a confirmation fee to secure your seat. The fee is either $250 or $500, depending on your program and it will be credited toward your tuition. If you do not confirm your attendance, you may lose your seat in the program.
Dates and Waiting Lists
The application review date for most programs is the last day of February every year.
To improve your chances of getting into the program of your choice, make sure you have your completed application to the Admissions Office by that date.
Completed applications received after that date will only be considered if seats are still available in the program.
If the program is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. Your position on the waiting list will be determined by your application score; the higher your score, the higher your position on the waiting list. Additional documents may change your position on the list, so it is important to make sure that you submit everything that is required.
For programs with other start dates, check with the Admissions Office.
What if You Don’t Get In?
If you don’t get into the program of your choice, contact our Admissions Office. You can ask that your application be considered for the next year, or talk to us about available seats in other program that may also interest you.
