All fees listed are in effect for the 2008 - 2009 academic year and may be subject to changes.

For students being sponsored (this does not include Skills Development), this amount may not reflect the total cost to the sponsoring organization. The sponsoring organization should contact the Finance Office (902-566-9543) for further information.

International Students:
Students from outside of Canada are required to pay higher fees. Please email the Registrar's Office for further information.

Fees - Correctional Officer

The cost breakdown for the September 2, 2008 to May 15, 2009 Correctional Officer Program is as follows:

NOTE: Fees can be paid in full on the first day of registration or paid in two installments: First installment due September 2 , 2008  Second installment due January 5, 2009.

* Fees marked with an asterisk are non-refundable with the following conditions:

Books- non refundable if opened or marked on.
Uniforms- non-refundable if ordered.

Tuition, Graduation Fees, and Student Union Fees follow regular college policy as outlined in the Fee and Refund Policy.

Other Program Costs are paid for separately under the direction of the Instructors.

On-the-Job-Training Costs such as transportation, living arrangements etc. are not included in the above costs and are the responsibility of the student.  These costs are not payable to Holland College. Securing an OJT site is the responsibility of the student who will work with their Learning Manager to find an appropriate site. If an off campus site can not be secured, the Learning Manager may develop an alternative learning plan.

Students who are seeking assistance through Skills Development, student loan or from other sources are advised to begin the process early. Notification of acceptance into a program is usually all that is required to begin seeking assistance.

Interest will be charged for accounts not paid in full by the above installment dates.
