THE LUCY MAUD DINING ROOM
The Lucy Maud Dining Room is situated overlooking the Charlottetown Harbour with the best view in the city. Whether you are enjoying a sunny day or a glorious evening, the Lucy Maud provides the most picturesque view of the enchanting harbour. Operated by The Culinary Institute of Canada, meals are prepared and served by the students under the guidance of their chef instructors. The facility is open year round and offers unique dining experiences.

The Lucy Maud is a fully operational training restaurant for the students of The Culinary Institute of Canada. Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts students, under the guidance of world class chef instructors, prepare the fine dining cuisine. The facility is open year round and offers exquisite dining experiences. Unique group events for lunch or dinner are their specialty.

THE MONTGOMERY CAFETERIA
On the lower level of the Tourism and Culinary Centre is The Montgomery Cafeteria,
offering cafeteria service and banquet facilities.

CHARTWELLS CATERING SERVICE

Chartwells Catering Services prides themselves on offering an outstanding array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the varied needs of your business.

Whether it's a casual morning or afternoon meeting, working luncheon, reception or special event, their tempting selections will suit any occasion. Classic favourites or new flavours that reflect the interesting diversity of Canadian culture...

If the specific menu or type of service you desire does not appear here, their catering staff will be happy to work closely with you to discuss and develop a customized menu and event.

The Culinary Institute of Canada is regarded by many as the premier culinary school in Canada. In my mind, the reasons for this have been demonstrated in the many meetings and functions I have attended or coordinated at the facility.

They serve perhaps the best presented and tasting food in the province, whether it is a reception, luncheon or full course dinner. The event space is well lit, comfortable and affords wonderful views of the Charlottetown Harbour.

They are anxious to please and accommodate ever request with professionalism and enthusiasm and I look forward to executing any style of event with this partner.
