Prometric Testing Centre

Professional Certification is becoming a requirement for employment; even for entry level positions. Although few certifications are required for graduation from Computer Studies Unit programs, learners will want to write as many certification assessments as possible, in order to compete in the highly competitive technology fields.

Sylvan Prometric is a leader in the provision of technology-based assessments. In fact, Prometric delivers over 2,400  technology-based tests from over 2900 computer-based testing services centers around the world.  Holland College is pleased to provide one of those 2,400 testing sites and therefore to be able to provide easy access to testing facilities for all of its students.

The testing centre is located at the Charlottetown Centre and operates from September through May on Mondays and Thursdays. For the summer months, the centre is open only on Mondays. Tests are booked through the certification provider (Novell, CompTIA etc.) not the Prometric Centre.
